CODE OF ETHICS AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES




As we go about our everyday lives, we are guided by many factors. As citizens, we want to do what is morally right, be ethical and obey the law.

CODE OF ETHICS AND LEGAL RESPONSILITIES, Our acts are brought by our notion implanted to us by our culture.

TERMS:
-MORALS- Morals are traditions of belief about right and wrong conduct. Morals are a social institution with a history and list of rules.
-ETHICS- the word ethics is derived from the Greek root ethos, meaning “character”. Ethics is a suite of guiding beliefs, standards ,or ideals that pervades an individual or a group or community of people.
-LAWS-laws are formal rules of conduct that a sovereign authority, such as government, imposes on its subjects or citizens.
-CODE OF ETHICS- is a set of principles of conduct within an organization that guide decision making and behavior. The purpose of the code is to provide members and other interested persons with guidelines for making ethical choices in the conduct of their work.

PROJECT- Is a temporary endeavor-having specific start and completion dates.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT- Is the DISCIPLINE of PLANNING, ORGANIZING, SECURING and MANAGING REOURCES to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
PRIMARY CHALLENGE-to achieves all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the preconceived project constraints.

GANTT CHART- is a project schedule includes a list of tasks on the left and horizontal bars on the right showing when the tasks begin and end.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRIANGLE
-TIME CONSTRAINT, refers to the amount of time available to complete a project
-COST CONSTRAINT, refers to the budgeted amount available for the project
-SCOPE CONSTRAINT, refers to what must be done to produce the project end result.

¤One side of the triangle cannot be changed without affecting the others.
